Matthew Tripp

President

Matthew resides in Carol Stream, IL and is currently the Senior Manager of Customer Experience for Midtronics, Inc. in Willowbrook, IL, a privately held company that designs and manufactures diagnostic equipment for the automotive industry. Prior to Midtronics, Matthew worked in the industrial supply/distribution market and also served his community in both volunteer and paid roles as a professional firefighter/paramedic and educator specializing in pre-hospital care. He serves as the co-founder of Vaughn's Wings of Hope.

Cindi Knop

Secretary

Cindi is retired after serving many years for the State of Illinois. She worked in finance, accounting and budget analysis for the Illinois State Police and the Department of Corrections. She was also in the education field as a teacher in Illinois and Texas. Today she enjoys volunteering in her community and serving on the board of VWOH.

Kim Fein

Director

Kim has been employed with R.I.A. Federal Credit Union for many years in a variety of roles, including Member Service, Marketing Assistant, and Assistant Branch Manager, her current role. She is a Multiple Sclerosis survivor and enjoys participating in bike rides and walks to further MS research. She enjoys spending time with her husband and her golden retriever, Berkley.

Iliana Perea

Director

Iliana lives in her hometown, Chicago, IL. She works as a caseworker for the Illinois Department of Human Services. She has volunteered for local nonprofits in various capacities, including social media communications and fundraising. She is an advocate for cultural understanding and has been involved with various international exchange programs.
